well a quick update we are all doing well, last week i was 34 weeks along and dilated to a 2 and 60% effaced. i have a nother dr appt today will see if i have progressed. and the most exciting news as of now joe took his patent bar yesturday finally. he was so relieved and even more excited when he got back the results that he passed the bar. we are so excited for him and know we are just trying to figure out where we will be for law school. hopefully we willnow sometime next week. well hope all is well for everyone. take care. maegen

Yes, we are expecting our 2nd little girl May 1st.

so basically in April we are super excited to be a family 5.

Another update is that we are applying for law school for Fall 11'

Joe is taking is patent bar before march and then he gets his patent license.

Maegen is staying at home with kids and having fun watching them grow up fast.

Also I plan on learning more about photography to be able to take better photos

of the kids and post them up more frequently, documenting this fun time in our lives.

Jensen turned 2 in Sept he loves to build things, his cars, tools, and his sister.

Mackenzie turned 1 in Nov. she is a busy girl, And loves to discover things, and of

course playing with her brother! They are both inseperable and are the best of friends!

We look forward to the new addition of having another little girl in our home.

well just a quick little up date. we are all doing well and happy. joe has an online course that he is done with on saturday and then off to law school next month. however the question still remains of where will we be. i must say that i would love to know this answer but we are still waiting to find out. we put down a deposit at pheonix school of law in arizona but we are waitlisted at byu and houston so we are waiting on these 2 schools since we would rather go to byu or houston instead of staying here in arizona. We are excited to find out the answer to this very important question. WE could hear any day up to and incuding the first day of classes and yes we would be crazy enough to go on the first day of school to another state. Anways just wanted to brief you all on what we are waiting on. take care and ill let yo know where we end up. if you are in houston or provo let me know of any places to rent or buy etc.. we are open to ideas and suggestions hope you all have a fabulous day.

Surprise! Mackenzie Elise Cruz was born almost 1 month early on Nov 7, 2009 at 7:32am weighing 6lbs 3 oz and was 19.3 inches long she has tons of dark hair and appears to have blue eyes we will see what color they are in a few months. I will try and post more details later but here is a few pictures of her. She has been a good baby and Jensen loves his baby sister and he always wants to be next to her its still an adjustment but he does well with her. Ill ost and explain the labor and recovery in the hospital later.

Thats right you heard me say I am in my last trimester and Jensen Turns 1 a week from monday. Crazy I know. well Life has been crazy busy and I am hopeing to get my camera and printewr up and working. Joe just strated his fall semester the last week in august. and is set to take his Lsat on Sept 26th of this month.h e really has been studying like crazy and worked really hard I know that he will do great but any extras prayers for him would be appreciated. well. Iknow I posted it before but for those who dont know we are having a girl and will name her mackenzue Elise and the dr says I am right on still for my due dat i Nov 30th so WEll see if she comes on time early or late. we are exctited also Je nsens turing one on sept14th crazy. we are doiing a bbq at my parents house to celebrate if you want to come since I know im forgetting people just leave us a comment and an email so I can get you all the details well take care and Ill post again soon.( hopefully)!

Well Jensen has finally learned how to crawl and literally is into everything. He is so dang cute. he is a fast crawler. I am in no hurry for the moment to have in walk early crawling is sufficent for me. I have some video and pictures and maybe I ill down load it once we get the rest of our house together and the computer hooked up to the printer and etc... well take care you all and hope you all are having a happy Month of July.

Well I had a whole stack of newspapers in a pile and Jensen decided that it was a big toy.

Well I know it has been a while so much has happened. I was student teaching and then I graduated from Asu with my degree in elementary education. It has been a crazy time but I managed with the help of family and friends which we are indeed very grateful for all that they have done in helping us survive this with our 1st born son Joseph Jensen and well also we will be soon expecting our second on November 30. We will find out on June 30 who Jensens next sibling will be. Well we are also growing out of our 1 bedroom apartment so we are in the process of moving into a 2 bedroom apartment right around the corner in the same complex, and same ward. Joe is Still studying like crazy and will be taking his LSAT on September 26th of this year he has been really working hard but still manages to have to tim for his family. He always lights up with Jensen. Its so precious I love watching him hold, play and interact with jensen it always makes my day. Jensen is well rolling all over the place and sits up really well he is definitely developing and showing everybody his personality. Well I know you have all been bugging me for pictures so here are some pictures I'm starting with the newer ones first, then on to the older ones. Well anyways. thanks for all of your patience with me getting picutres up hopefully now I will be able to keep up with them better well take care and thats us in a nutshell . We love you all!

hello there its been a crazy semester, We hope you all enjoyed conference I thought it was so good and inspiring. It always gives me the peace and comfort I need to get through the rest of my days. Well I think I just figured out that I only have 2 weeks left of studnet teaching to be done with my 15 weeks then I just have to make sure I have enough hours but still i am so excited. I cant wait to be home. Well a quick story, so normally I go hom e for lunch on tuesday and thursdays at about 12 and well I wasn't planning on going home for lunch yesturday but I spilled milk all over my self . I couldn't stop laughing at myself but know i needed to go home so that I could change into new clothes well I got home about 1220ish and Jensen was so up set and crying and he had been for like 20 minutes my heart just broke I was like what the matter. well Joe had been holding him and he still was not happy well when I walked in the door and saw him crying I took him from joe and he pretty much stopped crying. I was like holy cow jensen is good about going to anyone and loves his dad. He seriously is a daddy boy but he wanted his mom. I realized that I normally come home at 12 and I think he so used to me coming home on tues and thurs for lunch so when I didn't show up he got all sad. andJensen he is a happy baby. Well anyways My heart sank and I didn;t want to go back to school. WEll I just held jensen and he stopped crying and eventually fell asleep in my arms with in about 10-15 minutes. I realized even more then How importnat it is for me to stay at home with him and seriously even more then ever I am counting down the days until I get to be with my son. and just another witness to sho that the lord works in mysterious ways even if it includes spilling milk all over myself It worked to be able to come home and calm my baby boy jensen. By the way jensen weighed 20 lbs at 6 months a literally gains a half a pound week but he is so cute I will post some pictures soon . take care

well December 28th at 2 pm Jensen will be getting blessed. It will take place at the church building near Stapley and Brown road. It is in the North Stake Center Building which is located on brown Road just west of Stapley Road and is on the South side of the street( Its between Horne and Stapley). Afterwards we will head to my parents house for some food. Hope to this helps call me if you have any questions or you can always text me too. We would love to have you if you can make it.

Well I must say that things have been crazy and well now I can finally upload pictures of Jensen and our family and an idea of what life has been like with Jensen our new addition to the family.
Well as you all know that I am not very blog savy yet so as I was down loading pictures they all posted backwards. so the last ones of this post start with him at 3 weeks old and go up this Sunday the 14th, he will be 3 months crazy time sure doew fly by fast. I will try to give an a brief description of the pictures . There are some from the same setting because I picked out some by accident but others I could not help because I thought he looked so dang cute.

well thursday night we got interviewd by the arizona republic newspaper reporters. here is apicture that was in the article on the web they took of us there jensen is 2 1/2 months.

By the way we have no money but still went shopping on black friday then thursday night we went to bass pro shop and well we got interviewed and were in the saturday republic in the business section our picture was in the online version about us early crazy shoppers last year we spent the night at bass pro this time we went for a few hours for the fun in games then went home not to mention it was pouring. we had fun and its all tradition.

It has been a great last few weeks and really a joy for both Joe and I to have our sweet little Joseph Jensen in our lives. He really is precious and a special boy. We love him and although it has only been 5 weeks since he entered into our lives it feels like he has always been apart of our lives we feel truly blessed to have in as part of our family.

Well on Sept 14, 2008 at 12am I started feeling some pain but I thought it was just my imagination because I wanted him to be born on my dads birthday. Well I was able to get a little bit of sleep and then I woke up about 330 or so and was really feeling uncomfortable but I still thought I was making it all up. I wasn't having contractions that I could time it was just one big constant pain that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. About 4: 30 or so we decided to get ready to go to the hospital even though I just thought they were going to send us home which I did not want to happen. We left and I still thought that we would be home in about 1-2 hours. Well at 5 we arrived at the hospital and we got signed in at 530 I was at a 4cm and 100% effaced . at 630 I was at a 5cm, They told me that they were going to keep me I was surprised and was told that I was having contractions all along, they just were not what I suspected or anticipated but I there were 2-3minutes apart, I just thought it was all one big pain. well I got admitted and my Ivs and antibiotics started because I was diagnosed with the strep B bacteria so i was not able to have him for at least 4 hours from when they started the medicine and I needed 2 complete doses before delivery so basically I couldn;t have him until around 1130am-1200pm. well I decided to get the epideral when I was dialated to a 6 or so. since I knew I was getting one I didn't want to get it when I was having really bad labor pains. so anyways, as soon as I got my epideral my dilation slowed down and at1130- 1200 I was at a 6.5cm at 1230 I was at a 7 then the dr came in and broke my water. At 1pm I was at a 9cm and20 minutes later I was at a 10 cm +1( whatever the +1 is I don't know ) about 130 I started pushing and then at 309pm Joseph "Jensen" Cruz was born 7 lbs 11oz 20.5 inches long with tons of hair. The dr made is hair into a mowhawk when he was coming out still in me. Jensen was almost 2 weeks early and I m glAd he came early so I didnt have to deliver an 8 or 9 lb baby. He was born on grandpa andersons birthday happy birthday grandpa and Happy Birthday Joseph Jensen Cruz!!!

Well hello again. I just got back fro the dr this morning and well I am dialated between 2.5 and a 3 and 80%effaced which is good for delivery. we will see how this week goes. We are excited to have him here soon. I can't believe its like just under 2weeks till our baby boy will be here crazy. Will keep you all posted. Oh and I asked him what he thought the baby weighed and he said 7 lbs. So I guess hes gonna be an 8 pound baby well see what happens.

Well I have not been very good at keeping a Blog, as you can see. well Today I have about 5weeks left being pregnant with our first little boy Joseph Jensen Cruz. He will be named after his daddy. WE will call him Jensen which is a name on my Grandpa Andersons side, the Jensen side.
We are really excited for his arrival which is getting nearer everyday . He is still very active inside mommy's tummy and likes to tumble and turn but at night he is good and lets momma sleep for the most part. Well School starts up for us in Just over a week and then we will have to readjust again. Joe is still going to be reffing part-time with my dad and then school full time as well as be preparing for the LSAT for hopefully the October Test. As for me I will be in school full time and still working part time taking care of the same great kids.

Well, we are new to this whole blog idea but thought it would be a great tool and be able to stay in contact with more people. Just an update on Joe and I ( Maegen) we are both attedning ASu college in Arizona, Joe is majoring in Kinesiology and then we will be off to law school where ever that may be. I am attending the ASU elementary education program and am in My 1st of 4 blocks so well time is going by fast, were already have way through the semester. Joe is still working as a physical therapist tech and I am working with the school district tutoring students and helping them to succed in Junior high and that college is a good thing too. I also will be working with children with disabilites though aprogram located in Arizona. Joe and I are enjoying the little time we get to spend with each other but are having a lot of fun. Well hopefully well be able to keep up with this have a great day and Smile !!!
